LinkMe response

After my post yesterday on the service LinkMe mentioning the strange error I encountered, ie being logged in as someone else. Within 22 hours I received an email from their Operations Manager, Les, wanting to collect more details on the incident.

Excellent response to customer feedback.

As it happened I have started using Google Desktop Search and I was able to retrieve the web cache of my usage of the LinkMe tool from yesterday and forward the cached HTML pages along with a description of the problem. After replying with my information Les emailed back saying they thought they knew what went wrong and the additional information would certainly help them out.

It is fantastic to see more and more companies watching the web to see what is published about them and responding in a positive manner. LinkMe, is now added to my list of positive customer experiences with CVoz , Jobster, and ResumeFit hats off to you all.
