Who am I?

I specialise in the delivery of customer value in product lead organisations. Over the last 10 years, I have become a disciple of Customer Success, lean and agile all with a focus on delivering value to the end customer.

Over the last 25 years I have worked in a multitude of roles in the Human Resource Technology Industry ranging from software development, change management and project management both in Australia and overseas.
