This morning when I checked my email I got my weekly subscription to Workforce.com, sometimes it has an interesting article or link. Today what got my interest was an Employee Internet Usage Policy. After yesterday’s entry on being fired for blogging it seemed a good follow up. While the policy comes from the US and is probably not applicable all over the global it does highlight some of the different areas that a policy should cover. Point 5 in the policy would be interpreted to cover blogging.
