    Agile development is precisely what we do with JobAdder. We are releasing on average 2-5 new features or enhancements each fortnight. All tested and almost all optional. This way our users have the benefit of optional new features without having to be overwhelmed with constant change.

    WorkSimple has taken the same approach in developing its talent management software.

    While I agree that agile practices to software development, it is more important to combine it with the Customer Development methodology developed by Steve Blank. Agile practices help us to quickly deliver and test solutions but Customer Development help us to find the right problem to solve and the minimum required features set. I think most of the HRM development companies should adopt these two methodology.
